I need something fairly simple and can you break down the musles. ie; thighs, calves etc thanks in advance

I m kinda lil pro runner. U can break apart sum of ur body parts( when building muscle) like thighs and legs etc. U can work ur thighs by stair climbing. legs do sum quad lift. But u kno wat there is a thing tht inspire me wen i m running. HIP HOP SONG.

I m marathon guy(long runs ex.65 miles) than track guy...

Running with weights on your arms and legs usually 2-5 pounds each, runing alot of full speed sprints, running up an incline and hills. To get maximum speed do endurance-type leg presses (lift alot of reps with little weight) and squats can help speed out. One secret to running faster and working out most muscle in one motion is under water swimming, do about 10 laps a day of swimming and your running skills would dramatically increase. I use to do this back in high school and ran a 4.5...try doing that when you weigh 250 pounds!!!!

Sorry, but speed is something you are born with. Whether it be arm speed or foot speed. You either have it or you don't.
