We've been friends since were teenager, i'm the one who kept telling her what to wear how to dress up, how to put make up on. Everytime, were together i'm the one who get the compliment of being pretty,sexy, blah.blah.blah. Then she learn how to do her on stuff. We seems sister, well i'm older than her. Should i get jealous and compete w/ her or no. She always tell sme how she admire me, pretty soon she will be my sister in law. pelase help!

You were the teacher and she the pupil. You seem to have done a good job, she has learned your lessons,and can now stand on her own two feet.
Isn't that what teaching is all about? So be proud of her and you, and be her friend, especially now, that she is family,

Appears as if you were the one that always got the attention and now that she is getting some you are not happy about that. Stop being jealous of her. Remember this, in life no matter how pretty, how funny, how anything, there will be someone who is more! Work on improving the person you are from within and that means to not be a petty envious person wanting to be the center of attention. Now that would be ugly.

Jealousy is a sign of insecurity...don't be jealous. Anybody that likes to emulate you is not a bad person. Sounds to me like she really looks up to you, and wants to be like you. Hardly anything to get jealous over.

The only reason a person becomes jealous of another is if they view the other person as a threat. If she is your friend how could she be a threat to you?

no i wouldnt get jealous over that i would take everything you have done for her like a compliment toward you she admires you she wants to be like yu that is a compliment just be yourself no need to get jealous cus of that
