I need to lose 10 pounds in a week, how should i eat and what should i do? do u no some websites that can help me?

I have 2 lose it for a play, as a drama club play. And i am in the main role! Most of my class mates are making fun of me.... i am that fat!

Websites cant help you no more than President Bush can help America. You must eat foods with a high source of protein(because it transfers into energy, then burning it, and all fat surrounding it). Crunches, push-ups(wide handed), move yourself around. Oh and just in case you did'nt know, jumping jacks are only to stimulate your body, not help lose weight. Walk it out! Good luck.

Good luck but it's unlikely that you'll be able to do it asside from starving yourself. That's not healthy for you though. What do you need to lose it for? If you want to keep off any weight you lose it needs to be done slowly with diet and exercise or your body will think it's starving and slow your metabolism down to compensate for the lack of fuel and I guaranty that you don't want that to happen.

please be careful of what you ask for. I wanted to lose ten pound before and i ended up losing almost 20 pound in two months now i want my weight back. but the best way is to eat like baked foods , steamed vegatables, no bread , you can drink some green tea. green tea i think works alot. you can have it cold or hot. they have kinds of green tea but get the one for weight lose. good luck and may god bless

Eat as little as possible and exercise hard it's kinda dangerous but hey if it's only for a week you'll be fine you can do it the right way later.

if u dont work too much, work out at a gym for 30min-1hour
or, run 5 miles every other day or every day

lay off high fat foods, and try protienes
