my left hip has been killing me. I don't know what it is! Is it possibly appendicitis? HELP!! It is really killing me, so much that I can barley walk.

if anything on your body is killing you, you should go see a doc and leave that keybord and mouse!!
Anyways, apendix is on your right, but it may ache no matter where (though usually on the right).
Damn girl... go see a doc!

Generally located on your left lower abdominal section, 2 inches down and to the left from your belly button. When surgery is performed they enter on the right side to prevent rupturing. Have you had your back checked? Stressed sciatic nerves/muscles will cause the pain your describing
