Get Familiar with the music,
Practice in a mirror.,
Do a lot of Body rolls,
Eye Contact is important,
when performing your dance, make sure to use body contact
( as long as this is your boyfriend ) meaning , brush your hair across his inner thighs, while touching his shoulders, do side profile wiggles,

Well Kristen...hmmm...considering you are waiting to have sex, I think a lap dance might frustrate your boyfriend (if you know what I mean)...but then again...hmmm. Why don't you put on a pair of skimpy underwear and a bra and just sit on his lap and bounce and rub your breasts in his face...but then again, hmmm...maybe not....the temptation would kill him..LOL.

Okay, your best bet is to go with a yellow lab, they tend to be better on their hind legs than a chocolate or black lab. You start by teaching them to beg (you know, the one where they stand on their hind legs and beg for a treat). Then, you grab their paws (their front ones) and walk around witht hem.
