i was going out with this girl who is moving to florida after the end of the year and she was my friend but now i realy do not like her i like her best friend and she is hot but i do not want to heart the one girls feelings hope you can help me

I wouldn't go there. It falls into the same catagory of "man law" as dating your bestfriend's ex girlfriend. Yes your ex will probably get mad, and sence the two of them are close friends, there's a good chance that she will do whatever she can to make you look bad to the other girl.

simple, dont go ask out the grl u like, at least until the other one moves.
It is one of hte many codes that grls have, no grl can go out with their bestfriends ex.
so chances are, if u ask her out, ur gonna get rejected/

make shure that the one girl know that your broke up. ( let her down gently) and then the the other girl how you feel
