At the library we stared for a long time and winked at me and smiled, and I did the same to him except for the winking part. He also did other flirting moves before, does he like me and is our feelings same?

well to me it sounds like he does,
but u gotta make sure thats just not his personality.
Watch and see if he does that to other girls, if he does, well then the chances that he is being genuine is very slim. but, if u r the only one that he winks at, then, all i have to say is..
