I think he likes me, but not completely sure. What are some signs?
How should I make my move? Tips would be appected, and he wouldn't lose his job, my school is lousy and if they found out they would probably turn the other cheek, because there aren't many qualifed teachers in the area, and it would be to much of a hassle replacing him. What are my chances?

Don't even go there! Too many issues and drama and he would get in trouble (maybe not with the school but with the law DEFINITELY) Just say NO!!

What? I know you didnt say that the people didn't care if you had a relationship with the teacher because theriaren't may qualified teachers in the area? Girl, get it together. This man would lose his job and if you are under age, go to jail. If I was a parent, with a child attending the school, I wouldn't turn my head and I guarantee you that there are parents and staff who care if you had a relationship with your teacher. Do you want the humilitation of disgracing him and yourself? If having a chance with your teacher is worth the risk of him losing his job go ahead but you'll have regrets later in life.

Ok if you are a minor DONT DO IT. It will the biggest mistake of your life. And it shouldnt matter if he will get fired or not, or if the school wont want the hassel of replacing him. Its wrong and immoral on both parts. If you are not a minor I still wouldnt suggest doing it. You dont want any gossip going on around about u that would put you in a bad situation. Just think about it for a miniute and hopefully you will use your best judgement.

Don't do it girl... I know you read the paper. There is a law against teachers and students. Teachers are being put in prison and lives are being ruined due to bad judgement. Think hard about it. You will not only be ruining your life but that teachers as well.

I like older guys too, actually have a fiancé 10 years older than me, if your teacher is not much older than you, like not more than 25y age gap.. If he is open-minded, maybe he'll make a move.. it depends on the mentality of your locality... if going out with your teacher will be frowned upon in your society I guess he won't take that much risk. but everyone differs.. if he really cares about you,, he will make a move.. or maybe you need to show him that you care too!

Not a good idea even if you are of age and he would like to go out. Things would be quite awkward in and around class if things didnt work out. Wait until you are out of school and see if you still feel that way and ask then if you really want to know.

Age doesn't matter; a teacher is a figure of authority. Don't ruin his rep and life.

Doesn't matter how lousy your school is.

I always thought my school was lousy and ghetto; and this teacher got caught with this guy. The state was involved.

Hilarious but it ruined her life; took away her kids and her license.

Do you really want that for him?

Your chances are slim and none. If he is stupid enough to risk his job and his livelihood, for you, then he deserves what he gets.
He is an adult, charged with caring for his students, not for having an affair with them.
What you have is a crush, not unusual, so wake up and get real.
It's just a fantasy, so enjoy that, and keep out of his way.
For both your sakes.
