My teacher had told me to come and talk with a student "who was my friend" about there interactions they had with me and I didn't say or do anything he thinks I am mad at him all the time when I don't answer right away ( I say I don't want to and she says I am the teacher and the boss so you need to come right now before I write you up I was so calm about it but in my head I was like shut the **** up and leave me alone and when she asked me again I said calmly I don't want to and so she said I give up and said I will be in trouble and like all of the rest of the teachers agreed with me and none of them like her either because she is mean at times and controlling.)

I suppose that if there is a misunderstanding between you and some other student, it wouldn't hurt to clear it up. The teacher is somewhat out of line too, in demanding that you talk to this other student. Unless there has been some physical altercation or threats posed, there is little to concern a teacher.

split decision, if it relates to school work, then you run the risk of a bad grade, however if it is about the actions between you and another student, unless it is impacting performance or other school related functions then the teacher should saty out of it. If it concerns legal issues, the teacher should definately not be involved.

Being a former teacher you can't force someone to talk, but the reason she may be asking you questions is to figure out what may be going on with you or your friend. Ask to speak with the principal and maybe explain your situation.
Good luck
