If I would make my gf such a present. She would immediately burn my flat, burn my car, call my boss tell him things he wouldn´t like.
To give give the total rest, she call the tax revenue authorities inventing some stories.
Then I could start looking for a new gf, start a new life. Here in germany.

Oh by the way us Brits as you put it don't take things too seriously it is the Americans that do
They don't get Sarcasm we do (Not a slur on the Americans it is just the way it is) We tend to be very sarcastic and funny in general so I would say don't take the answers your given as serious

If you mean for your girlfriend or wife, then I would say first ask yourself if this is something SHE would want. Has she talked about getting them in the past? If not, or you aren't sure, you always run the risk of her thinking YOU think her breasts are too small. If that happens, say goodbye to the relationship because nothing you say after that will convince her otherwise. Good luck.

NO WAY! not if you're giving them to your girlfriend and she hasnt expressed complete and utter longing for them. In which case, you wouldn't be on here. (if she has you should probably tell her you love her the way she is coz this is just mean) If you give them to her, she will think it means you are not happy with her and her breasts just the way she is and that you think you're too good for her. If you are serious about this gift, I hope she dumps your sorry a$s!

If she has not mentioned wanting them then there's a good chance you're gonna hurt her feelings. It will give her the impression that you think her breasts are too small. How would you feel if your g/f or wife unexpectedly gave you a penis pump. As far as price goes I'm not sure.

If you are considering breast implants for your girlfriend as a birthday gift you had better be prepared to be single. That is unless you know she really wants them. Otherwise you are telling her that you do not like her breasts and I am sure she would not like that. As far as cost you had better plan on spending around $10,000 for it.

no . they are not good they have to be redone eventually they really are only short term booster upper unless you are making a fortune with them id say no. think about your health anything could go wrong why risk it.anyway its expensive and unless you have cancer id leave it alone, heck we have to have a few real women left.
