Look in your phonebook under beauty supplies. If you go into one of the beauty supply stores and show an employee, they should be able to refer you to a product.

Put a anti dandruff shampoo on dry hair and cover it with cling film (careful you dont suffocate yourself). Leave for about 20 minutes, wash and deep condition it then. This will start to break the bleach down. Do this over the next few days and you should start noticing the difference.

My hair dresser told me this and it worked for me,

Once the condition has improved use a semi colour for a while.

Good luck.

It depends on what type of product you used. The matix is a very good range for dry and chemically frizzed out hair. The products on your normal chemist shelf, will only make a small significant change to the condition of your hair. Go to your salon, ask for Matrix or Redkin, bedhead products are all very good. You really need to get to a salon and have a treatment and good cut. Good luck. The positive factor is that it does grow!!!

Toni & Guy do an own label salon brand called Label:M - their intensive conditioner works absolute wonders and is about £10 but you can only buy it from Toni & Guy shops. I used this when my hair was really damaged from highlights and straightening and it really does work leaving hair looking healthy again!

you should buy shampoo/conditioners with protein in them - this will help build the strength back into the hair - anything with Keratin in it is really good (you can buy hot oil packs with this in it).
Also use a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week.

I bleach my hair alot and I have found that this is the best way to put it back on the road to recovery!

Good luck!!!

Try hot oil hair treatment and specialized shampoos and conditioners that you can purchase from hair salons or beauty stores. If your hair is damaged, it cannot be fully recovered however you can make it as soft and managable as it can get.

You will probably have to cut it as short as you can tolerate and if you can find Pureology Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner they are pricey but work really well
