Move your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen. It should turn into a double arrow facing up and down. Left-Click (hold) and drag the bar back up. That should do it!

Then Click Apply Then Ok

Right-click Start
select Properties
cl Taskbar
put a checkmark in the box to "keep taskbar on top of other windows"

Please go to start, then control panel, then click on Taskbar and Start Menu, then click on the customize button. Then to the left, select those you want to always show. You'll have three choices ( Hide, hide when inactive and always show.) Remember to click the OK button to confirm.
