Post operation backache is hell & getting well after ur operation usually takes 2 years before d complete swelling decreases so u'll start building ur tissues. Ur screws n bars are foreign objects to ur body, u have to help ur body by: 1- maintaining an adequate weight; no gains ok, 2- no weight lifting, 3- proper bed matress, 4- no tiptoeing to get things, 5- right shoes, 6- no sitting or standing for a long time: walk every now n then, 7- no going walking on d beach or uneven paths, go for long walks on straight surfaces, 8- proper diet, proper diet, proper diet: enouch milk calcium, bone broth esp eating bone marrow, i dnt knw if u'll like this but if u wanna get well focus on two: sea food: clams & d bone joints of sheep as they are rich in joint oil, cartilage necessary for bone tissue repair, & eggs. For relief from muscular spasm try drinking sage or clary like tea saches, it'll work but dont over do it. Dad had ur case but now he's doing great. P.s. sexual activity could give u severe backache n make ur tissue growth n repair even slower. If u believe in natural treatment u should have ur back painted regularly with the white of a fresh egg from a farm that doesnt feed its hens from industrial feeds. Wishing u a good n happy life.

Sorry you';re not feeling well. Acupuncture is a good idea. The acupuncturist can work on your back, and also stimulate a certain place in your head to raise your endorphon levels, which is your body;s natural pain killer.
