How can I turn off Cleartype for small font sizes?

I would like to enable Cleartype but to disable it for font sizes less than 12 point and in normal weight under Windows XP. I can do this in Ubuntu but haven't found a way in XP where it seems to be all or nothing. Is it possible?

Not possible... I've tried!
And, ever since this option became available, I've never been able to get a clear, sharp screen! Somebody screwed up!
All my fonts on the internet are a little fuzzy, no matter which option I've tried!!! (Really aggravating!).

You can change the options under "Tools" - "Options" - "Advanced" - and sliding down to "Multimedia" to see, (or change), the options that are available
