You can take them out if you are going to incubate them . Are they in a nest or just layed around on the floor in differ ant places .The hens will lay eggs but she wont set on them until the nest is full ,it wont hurt the eggs as long as they don't freeze .She cant start setting on them to incubate until she has a full nest to make sure they all hatch at the same time .Have you got nesting places in the pen . If you do and she hasn't laid them in the nests .Put the eggs in them and she will start to lay in them .If the eggs are no good she will role them out of the nest

I'd leave the eggs alone. If there is a heat pad, likely the eggs will stay warm enough to remain viable. Chances are good that the eggs are fertile and will hatch just in time for spring. Which leaves your call duck free to lay another late spring, early summer clutch. Make sure she's getting some calcium supplement, and plenty of extra nutrients.

Best of luck

is the female laying on them? if not they are probably no good, they need more than just heat, they must be rotated four times daily and they need humidity also. the best thing to do is to buy an egg incubator, if the female isnt sitting on them. i have done it with some wild turkey eggs i found abondoned. the incubator works great. if you are going to do this, you need to learn the different stages of the eggs and what they should look like, get some info on incubating eggs. try the source below.

With the male present, i would assume they a fertile. I would also suspect they would be smart enough to wait until spring to mate. The best way to find out if these eggs are fertile is to use a flashlight to look into the egg, if you see a dark speck in the yoke, that the male's sperm and it is fertile.

Well it depend on if you want to have duckling or not. If you do buy a inqbator and put the eggs in there, if not leave the eggs in there, they will freeze if sat upon the eggs at all time.
