You can contact customer service at Carnival and they will be happy to send you more tags. Or, you can get some extra tags when you arrive at the airport if you are taking a shuttle to the port they will also provide you with more luggage tags.

I did not take the shuttle. You can still get them at the port just before you go aboard.
