Any ones Boxer ever make a noise like, a snort, sounds like he's trying to suck his snot, Ya know?? Just started doing it a couple days ago, and it seems like its only when he first wakes up.

I don't know about the Boxer making weird noises. My golden retriever makes this snorty noise when she wakes up. We call it snarfing...lol. It almost sounds likes shes gasping or something. I doesnt seem to bother her and as long as it doesnt seem to bother your Boxer, I wouldn't worry.

Yes, it is called 'reverse sneezing' - relatively harmless, but sounds awful. He will be okay. Just mention it to your vet on your next visit.
