I wouldn't. One jellybean won't kill him but it isn't good for him, either. Obesity is a big problem in dogs these days and if you start losing track of how many snacks like this your dog is getting he could end up overweight. It is also bad for his teeth and too much high sugar food could cause stomach upset.

I'd say only one jellybean, especially for a puppy. It's not going to send you to the e-vet but you'll have some nasty vomit on your hands.
Watermelon, sure. You can probably give him/her a bit of that and, again, if you do feed him/her too much, you'll just have a bit of vomiting.
#1 rule regarding dogs and human foods(besides chocolate, sauces, and spices): always in moderation.

All human food is not good for puppies or really animals of any kind. This is why dog/cat/etc food was invented. One jellybean will not kill/sicken your dog, but it will make them want more human food, and that can create problems with guests who come to your house when they sit and beg. Also if your dog gets ahold of chocolate, that can kill them. You would be better off not giving him/her a jellybean and just buying them dog treats.

No not really thats all sugar and can mess with their digestive system. Keep your pup on puppy chow. Also no potato chips or grapes or raisans or chocolate these are not good to very bad for your puppy.

one wouldn't hurt the puppy but the again you have to take into consideration choking. Puppies tend not to chew fully especially if it thinks that its a treat they just gobble it down. If you were to give it that then just watch them carefully!

"All human food is not good for puppies or really animals of any kind."
That's not true.
Baby carrots, broccoli florets, small pieces of green beans, fresh or frozen peas, plain yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, berries, small pieces of fruit, small amounts of olive oil, canola oil or flaxseed oil, oatmeal, rice, whole grains, and fresh low-fat meat can be healthy for dogs.
Candy is no-no. Occasionally bacon, cheese, cream cheese, lil snacks like that are ok.
