I've tried many of things from ignoring them, telling them point blank that I'm not interested, being extremly rude to them, acting like a crazy jealous girlfriend to getting protective orders. Nothing really works with some guys.
Good Luck with that situation.

instead of having the love sick guy following you around like a puppy, if that isnt what you want...just pull him to the side one day and bluntly tell him that you are not at all interested...hell, i would even tell him why..like he is a pimply faced nerd or whatever...i just say this cause if the first girl i had done that to when i was younger did that to me..not only would i have gotten the clue that she wasnt interested, but would also have gotten the motivation to do everything possible to change myself for the better...
so you go ahead girl...and when you crush him like the lil pansy he is..you tell him its actually for the better!

Do not give him ANY of your time. He will eventually catch on. If he doesn't, you may be dealing with a stalker. In that case, do not hesitate to involve the authorities.

The next time he asks you out tell him youre busy. Say you have to go buy the doughnuts for your STD singles group. : ) He'll get the point.

why is this question in law enforcement and not dating??? If it is because you want to get a restraining order, then call your police department and see what the criteria is. Then record and take note of everything so you can do so...

Stop communicating with him or responding to him in any way. If you don't respond he will likely catch on that you are not interested. If you continue to respond to his telephone calls or e-mails, he will continue to interpret that to mean that you are still interested.

It depends how interferring he's being. If he's constantly in your face you can tell him its enough or you'll take it further and get someone involved. Coz then it's stalking :p You don't have to do it. Just scare him.
