I am not interested he thinks there's some secret hidden meaning. There isn't. What should I do?

Im a guy. Im going to tell some things about "Us". Many of us think that your playing hard to get, even when your not interested. So, what you would want to do is be very bold, and aggressive when you him: you dont like him, you're not interested. Even insult him in a public place as to why you're not. Find a way, he'll get a clue, he'll even go get the board game(lol). Good Luck!

His experience is based upon a lack of knowledge in dealing with women. Depending upon his experiences, he could have been told that when women say 'no' they mean 'try again, convince me.' Also, most guys understand that to be successful means making many attempts, although not always with the same girl.
Movies and books can help reinforce this idea, so a good way to make your feelings known is to be as embarrasing as possible. Tell him 'NO' very loudly and very rudely in a very public place. The public demonstration of your feelings will register within him that 'if she is upset enough to embarrass both of us in public, it must be true' and keep doing it enough times until he gets the message. If that doesn't work, try doing it in front of a policeman. You don't actually have to file a complaint or something, but making your intentions known to a independant third party, and having them confirm your intentions to him, could be enough to convince him to fish elsewhere.

I suggest that the next time he approches you, just tell him something like this
"Hey, look, your someone I really don't care about.. and It wouldnt be too hard for me to just walk over to the police station and file a restraining order.. becuase really, I am NOT interested!"

Tell him in no uncertain terms that you want nothing to do with him and he should stop contacting you. Then threaten him with a restraining order. If he still doesn't get the hint, follow through with the threat.

Just be persistent or tell him that the initials PFA will begin to have new meaning in his life. He sounds like a guy in Yahoo Answers who kept stalking me by email... unbelievable.

Punch him in the face! or, if you want to be more civil sit him down and tell him how you feel. Honesty seems to be the best option, but be blunt. He may be hurt but at least hell understand. If that dosent work revert to the first sentence.
