Ha speaking as a guy it may be really hard to get rid of him. Especially if your hot. If he is like me just tell him strait up in his face hay i don't like you leave me alone or just ignore him. Just so you know if your to mean to him unless he is a jock he may be crushed and you will feel really bad but if you really don't like him just tell him like it is. Good luck.

Start talking about marriage. Tell how you think that the marriage is the most wonderful thing on Earth, and that you want to marry as soon as possible. Tell him that you visited a baby shop yesterday. That you buy "Brides", "Modern Bride" and other such magazines regularly.
You will never hear again from his after that.

I have to go with everybody else and say get mean and tell him straight up..yeah it will probably hurt his feelings but it will get the point across!

Simple. Dont answer his call or text. If he's still bugs you, tell him in public that's he's a pain in the butt and to leave you alone. Work like a charm.....everytime.

He may be just faking and just doesn't want to accept it. You could always ask to call him back when he calls and then just forget to do so. It may take awhile, but he'll figure it out.
