My friends from the Rainforest said now the Rainforest indians are being murdered for their organs to sell on the black market. These little people I know who came here as refugees are so specialized from isolation in language that within their country of Guatamala there are 27 different languages which they use Spanish to communicate with other tribes. These people have been isolated genetically so long there is not any way their tissues are a match with anyone of European ancestry. Also South American countries are known to be rift with diseases like malaria and TB such that a sick person recieving an organ will risk certain death if they get such black market organs.

Let me clarify they are abducting them and then later taking out their organs and dumping off the bodies in rivers etc.

There was a documentary on television about this happening in South America. Also there were news magazines that covered the removal of babies from the uterus of women in South America for sale on the black market. I am repeating what I was told two days ago.

I think you are dropping off into paranoia land here.
The Guatemala myths of organ stealing are urban legend. There is no documented case of it happening. Plenty of "bad" things happen to Guatemalan indiginous people without makeing up new things.
Certanly the history of Guatemala makes the authorites not very believable, but sometimes they are right. This happens to be one of those cases. While the country is repressive, if such an activity as body part stealing really was occuring, it would become public. Someone involved either a relative of the disappeared or someone invoved in the medical procedure would have talked by now. It is quite easy to "escape" from Guatemala. The border with Mexico is not guarded, and neither mexico or Guatemala makes any efort to prevent people from just walking across.
Fact is organ transplanting requires sophisticated techniques and facilities, and while it certainly can be done in Guatemala, it is only possible in the hospitals in the major cities, not remote tribal areas.
There have been some documented questionable cases of organ stealing in India, but that is about it for the world.

before you can donate any organs, you have to make sure it is a match to your recipient. so i don't think that you can just transplant it to somebody else. and you can't donate organs if you're dead.. well, except for the corneas i think.. but other than that, i don't think it will be safe..
