Me personally ... I can't fall asleep with somebody else breathing in my face - doesn't matter if you're my mom, daughter, fiance ... or dog .. lol ... I can't do it ... maybe it's his way of falling asleep ... I'm sure he's not even thinking about hurting your feelings ... sleep time is sleep time ... not everyone wants to cuddle up to each other All night long ... it gets very uncomfortable ... cuddle while you watch t.v. and let the man get some sleep .. lol .. !

My husband and I sleep back to back. We even have separate blankets. Im a blanket theif and he is a kicker. Between the two of us we need the space. I wouldent worry about it too much if the time you spend togeather is great and the electricity is there dont sweat it. If you feel you need to hug something (I do) get a body pillow... all the cuddling none of the kicking!

I do the same thing. No matter if it's my significant other or my daughter who is sleeping in the bed with me. I'm just not comfortable sleeping facing someone most of the time. I don't think it's anything against you. Don't sweat it.

Yeah I and my fiance both do the same thing. I can not sleep unless I am facing the outside and same with him. We do hold each other a while though before we fall asleep..

I would have to say it is. As a woman I imagine you think it would be romantic for him to hold you, or something like that, which I get. But I do the same thing with my wife too. Sometimes I like to hold her, and sometimes I like when she holds me, but my first choice is to be comfortable so I can get a good nights rest. So, don't be worried, it's probably a guy thing?

LOL. I sleep with my back to my wife all the time too.

She asks why I do that.

I think I just need to have my face in the open.
And incase I gotta jump up outta bed to attack an intruder with my dagger from Romania, I can.

Yeah 100% normal. Its not you its just that some people don't like to face the other person when sleeping. I'm that way too...its not personal just I just sleep better that way. You can turn your back to him too, have each others butts touching...

Yes... my husband does the same thing. Half the time he is very tired and doesn't even realize he does it! I used to feel like he was turned off by me but I soon realized 'Spooning' was not the only way in which he could show me love. He does it everyday! If he wants to have his "sleeptime" to himself... I figure I'll give him that! For now.......

my fiancee does it too, we've been living together for a year now. He just says that is how he is comfortable. I don't think there is any bad motive behind it.

nah its fine. i cant sleep while touching a chick, just my thing. (although like it while awake of course) has nothing to do with my feelings for her. maybe he just wants a little space while sleeping.
