Firstoff, your question presumes that they will go extinct. Secondly, can we really predict which one or the order they will go extinct (if any of them will)? We may come with possibilities and explanations for our theories but unexpected, tumulous events (among many other things) can change things from what we expected. And we may be only able to understand why things have occurred in the fashion they did, with hindsight. Thirdly, religions can change over periods of time (most do, though not all do [ie. Christianity]). If they were to change their name, values, etc. over a period of time, would you still classify it as the same religion? Hope this helps! You have an interesting question!

Satanism likely. This is because ity is actually a conservative atheist philosophy relying on shock value and its opposition to mainlined Christianity. Buddhism will likely last the longest, but only as a philosophical position supported by the mental exercise of meditations.
The Abrahamic religions will likely manage to weaken each other(by their extremism) beyond recovery within the next ten or 15 years.

As I said before, the simplest answer is D- Satanism, since it is not as organized or as established as the other religions mentioned.
But if you're talking about CONTEMPORARY faiths, They will all be extinct. The Islam, Buddhism, and Christianity (which includes protestant and Roman Catholic Christianity) of today are different from their namesakes of a hundred or two hundred years ago.

Atheism will, simultaneously with B, when events happen that render both of those philosophies obsolete. Shortly after that, A and E will dry up and blow away as their incorrectness becomes apparent. C and D will remain, but only C will prevail.

Well Maurice Catholicism is a part of Christianity whether you want to admit it or not. Anyway if you look at the numbers lately I would say Christianity is starting to dwindle in numbers.

A) No, too radical and young
B) It is a way of life, a non theistic religion. Won't go away.
C) this is a candidate for first but...
D) See "B"
E) ...This predates Christianity and theoretically should die first. In practice it has more odd rituals and superstition so it is likely to do die out first.

Who knows? It's certain that they are all doomed to failure and to disappear (thought I wouldn't call it "extinction"), since they all teach demonstrably incorrect superstition as fact, and those teachings can't hold up to scrutiny. But which one will go first? I don't know...and don't really care -- I just can't wait until they *are* gone :)

Humanity
We are at an evermore rapid rate destroying our survivable environment. Now at a rate that technology can't even keep up with, let alone evolution.

None of the above.
Pascals wager *drinks* will always give people a reason to believe in Christianity
Opression will always make people long for the 72 virgins
Buddhism is too valid
Satanism is too valid
Catholicism has Pascals *drinks* wager too.
