Say, "Asking me a dozen times is just creepy... can we get passed that or what???"
You probably should just ignore him though.

just make promises, do not and i mean do not give out your picture to other people on the web, you will never know what he will look like in person, you might be having a conversation with an old pervert, or worst.
just be carefull,
or if you can get a picture of an international celebrity, let say from mexico or from argentina, or maybe from asia, he'll never know

Block him sweetie. There are real preditors out there just looking for vulnerable teenagers like yourself. Please be careful and stay in age appropriate chatrooms. I have teenagers and I monitored that very closely when they went through there time in chatrooms. Thank God, they have now gotten away from it. There are just too many horror stories that start there. Stick with people that you know.

well i would definitly ignor him, i would suggest using the internet for keeping contact with friends you have, and finding out information... meeting people is nice... but risky, expecially for a younger girl... be wise, and safe, take steps, and limit you contactability so that they don't find out where you live etc... but hey thats my suggestion, also what does this guy mean to you??? you don't know each other, and you feel uncomfortable when he asks for a photo, so ditch him... anyway,
good luck BE SMART...

Just tell him plainly that it can be dangerous and it's just a rule you have, nothing personal. If that dosen't work you can always blame it on something you can't controll like your parents.

Your best answer here is from "Quasimodo". You owe the guy NOTHING--not even an explanation. Ignore him after you tell him NO. Put his return address on "Block".
You're a teen and not very experienced, please do not make dates over the Internet with anyone you haven't already met and know. Please!
