I think its hot when girls can do things that are uncommon with girls.
Like driving stick, that is hot when a girl can drive stick. Also if she drives a truck. If she can snowboard well. If she can paint or draw. If she is smart or funny. I guess one way to look at it is the things that make a guy hot to a girl is the same the other way around.

If you are talking about hot in looks:
cute face
nice tone, but skinny, long legs.
nice curvy bu not too big or wide tides.
nice slim and curvy waiste.
nice round and padded but well form behind.
handful size or a bit bigger or a bit smaller boobs.
soft skin!
full lips both places! if you know what I mean.....
nice smile
good facial features.
round eyes can be attractive but all eyes can seduce....don't forget that!!!
A proportion body is always a plus.........
now....you did ask what makes a woman hot!!! Not wether we are willing to sleep or like anyone for specifics but if you really want to know if you are hot!!!! A girl that is willing to sleep without much drama or a girl that is willing to try new stuff can also be considered hot!!!

This a tough question. In my opinion, it's not just one thing rather a combonation of things, such as her eyes, her smile, her hair or even a combonation of all three.
Sure a great body helps, but it's not the most important thing. I like a lady that I can hold an intelligent conversation with too. Maybe I'm just weird but I think a girl with a brain is quite sexy.
The way she dresses is a factor too, a girl that dresses sexy, in a classy way is hot too. So, like I said it's not just one thing. A shaved kitty is nice, but that's a whole other subject.

Nice eyes, full lips, feminine cheeks and jaw, nice teeth and smile. Nice body with good curves, round butt and nice boobs (don't have to be huge) most guys don't like rake thin women. I prefer longer hair as well, but some women look good with short hair as well.
Personality wise, someone who is smart and confident without being bossy or overbearing. Good sense of humour and similar interests.
Things I personally find very unattractive and they can even put me off an otherwise good looking woman. : Bad teeth, Man jaw, hands or feet. Really dark tans on blond women. Bad smells.

It helps that she is pretty. And that she has a good sense of humor and cant be a stuck up girl. Be mature and outgoing. And it also helps that she has a nice body.

Her body and the way she carries herself if she is clean person, perfume the way she walks and her facial expressions when she looks at a guy. of course her butt and breast her curves.
