Honey, you're the perfect weight for your height. Any lighter and you would be underweight. I'm 5'1" and I weigh 105 and even that is very close to being underweight. Keep eating healthy and stay healthy.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You are not overweight at all. I am not sure why you have so much of a complex, but if you are eating healthy, staying Hydrated, and working out then you have nothing to worry about. Keep in mind that muscle mass does weigh more than fat. You really can't be getting on a scale all the time. Once a month would be all I'd recommend you to do it.

i don't think that you need to lose weight, just find a routine that works for you and eat healthy meals, and you will maintain the weight that you are now. Gradually you will begin to add a few pounds as you get older which is healthy, but sticking to a routine of diet and exercise everyday will help to stay within a reasonable weight.

You are not fat. Those girls on the front of Vouge have been air-brushed and had eaten nothing that day. But if you still think you want to lose weight, I say cardio, cardio, cardio. Work your way up. 15 min. next time add 15 min. until you are doing 45 min. of cardio a day. But if you are starving yourself you could drop dead. So eat healthy portions of lean protein. You will be needing it more now that you are working out more.

You are 14 and clearly not overweight, so wait until you are past puberty before getting worried about losing weight. Otherwise, the only way to lose weight without surgery is to eat right and exercise.

Please don't follow everyone else and start using diet pills.. They are not the answer to quick weight loss, especially for you at such a young age. You need to not just eat healthy foods but make sure you eat the right foods. Insulin inbalances that your food causes is what puts on weight. You must eat foods that are low in sugar content to control your insulin levels. The low gi diet is the perfect answer for anyone looking to control their weight as it provides a nutritious diet that is also low in sugar. Take a look here: http://www.lowgidietbreakthrough.com/ya/
