Will taking creatine increase my bench press?

If so, how much would you say?

Not necessarily. There are tons of different Creatine products out there. Creatine is found naturally in your muscles however by taking Creatine you allow your muscles to gain more mass after a regular workout if you work out consistently and hard. Creatine really just helps your musscles hold more water is what I've heard from many people and it just makes your musscles look bigger. It doesn't necessarly add to your strength.

If you want to increase your Max Bench I'd go with a Nitric Oxide product like Super Pump, or even better try N.O. Explode that's got Nitric Oxide and Creatine in it now that will add to your bench as soon as you take it. I was able to add about 10-15 pounds while on Nitric Oxide compared to without. However I'll also say I was a non-responder to Creatine which means it didn't work at all, most trainers will recommend N.O. Explode to no responders.

No, You Will Increase Your Bench Press Creatine Just Gives You The Energy To Do More Reps And Pulls Water into Your Muscles (Making Them Bigger) If You Do More Reps You Will Get More Toned And Eventually Increase So Yea It Kinda Will I Guess..

No, I used to take Creatine for 2 years. The only thing Creatine does is adds water to your muscles. Basically it will make your muscles appear much larger, by filling them with water, but your strength will increase the same whether you're on it or not.

No it will not increase your bench press. It will help build your muscles through doing bench presses and the more you do the better you will get. Creatine gives your muscles more fuel and the More fuel the better they can operate. So in the long wrong yes it will
