Somewhere on Style network, I heard the quote "A woman's dress should be long enough to show that she is a lady, but short enough to show that she is a woman." (or something along those lines.) I know that some fashion icon said it - maybe even from as early as the 60's - but I can't remember who said it, and I can't find it on any of the quote websites. Any ideas would be appreciated =)
