What is in garbage water.?

After our trash is picked up, there is always water on the bottom of the trash can.

I have mixed it in with my in-laws cocktails when they visit - so there is nothing toxic in it.

What is in that mysterious liquid?

Mostly garbage and water, strangely enough.

It can very well have toxins in it, depending on what was in the garbage that provided the garbage water.

Therefore, I wouldn't mix cocktails with it. That's a waste of good alcohol.
