See my boyfriends sister is a huge **** up and what not. and we took her child cause she was getting kicked out and the baby had no where to go and she has already burned us more than once living with us. Now she is going to call C Y F on us cause her daughter had a brusie on her leg. But my daughter was pushed down our stairs by her daughter and she has a black and blue eye. So don't i have the right to be mad at this person for basically stabbing me in the back after i bend over backwards and take her child in cause she can't do it herself?

You have every right. And you did the right thing to help out with her child. But here the thing.Your sister-in-law is bringing problems in your home with your own children. In when she calls C Y F on you, you can get your child taken from you because of the black eye. Sometimes they won't believe the truth. And you could have a case on you. You need to give back her child to her or other family member. I know you feel bad for the child in all but you need to ask yourself is this other child wroth losing yours, because of her mother. We all know it's not the child fault, but you don't need those problems. And you need to talk to your boyfriend about it and that your giving back her child. And if he gets mad so want, your putting YOUR own child in jeopardy. I know that will be hard for you but your going to have to if you want your child with you. You need to act on this fast.

You do have the right to be mad. She also needs to realize that they'll take her kid into custody before they ask questions. They might not because it's only one brusie (depending on how big it is) but it might not be a bad idea to let her. If she can't take care of her kid and you and your boyfriend don't want to or can't, maybe it's for the best. I don't think you have anything to worry about legally.
