Do a search on the internet for NILIF training (Nothing in life is free)
This needs to be done everyday by all people who interact with your Dane. Also make sure your dog gets plenty of Daily Excersise depending on age at least 2/30 minute walks with a good run at a park
It is important that your partner aserts themselves as a leader of the pack- NILIF will help with this but they need to be a willing participant or their relationship with your dog will not change!!

Is the Dane going after the partner just because the partner is coming close / taking hold of you or going near the dog? Basically it is a domince thing You are the alpha person and the dog is number 2 and the dog does not want the partner to take its place You are going to have to put the dog in its place though. Best way would be for you to put the dog to the ground on its back when it starts acting out. If you have the power to do so. Then your are going to have to have your partner to become dominate over the dog. If the dog has not gone to obedience classes it might be the best time for you all to attend. and for your partner to take the dog thru the classes. The dog has to be put in the lesser role of the pack.

No one can give you proper advice without seeing your dog & with the information you've given. Have a look for your nearest trainer from the list in the link & take your dog to training classes

I recommend you see your vet and have your dog checked out first to make sure there isn't a physical reason for these attacks. If it is a mental problem (and it probably is) the vet should be able to recommend a dog behaviorist to visit your dog. Don't look on Internet for do it yourself training tips these can make things worse.
