Are you referring to the song from the musical Les Misérables? If so, it was written in French by Alain Boublil and composed by Claude-Michel Schönberg. It was translated (and rewritten) into English by Herbert Kretzmer
Other songs called "Who Am I?" were performed by artists including Beenie Man, Petula Clark, Snoop Doggy Dogg, and Will Young. We could identify which one it is if you were a bit more specific; can you at least list some of the lyrics?

I got your answer right here! Casting Crowns! They are my favorite band! I know I am right cause god said so!!!
God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son so that who ever believes in him shal not perish but have ever lasting life.
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the Bright and Morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Not because of who I am
But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done
But because of who You're
Chorus:
I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who Am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love and watch me rise again
Who Am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me
I am Yours
Whom shall I fear
Whom shall I fear
'Cause I am Yours
I am Yours

There are two religious bands that sing a song by that name (and I assume that is what you are going for given your name is Jesus Freak). I am not sure which group you want.
