Check out the following sites. They offer great courses in a variety of languages. The best one is: http://www.pimsleurapproach.com

http://www.rosettastone.com

Remember: You can master those languages without leaving your home. But you must get down to that.

These are the best websites I know that offer high effective lessons. probably the best in the world

You can also download a lof of language software from the internet. Just browse a little and you'll find everything you're looking for. You can also use some "home methods"

1. Listen to TV or radio
2. Practice pronunciation aloud (words and whole sentences)
3. Read simple texts and later newspapers and books
4. Write words, sentences and expressions down.

But the most important skills you have to develop is speaking and listening. Practice them as much as possible. After a couple of months you'll see that you make progress.
