I have been working with my boss for 1 and half years. Over the years we have really gotten close. We have so far kept things professional for the most part. We do spend alot of time talking getting each others opinion. He is married but has made it clear he is not happy with her. I don't know what to do cause at times i start obessing over him. I know it will never be everything i want it but i can not stop obessing over him. Should i let him know how i feel???

Don't get involved, he is using you, you will end up breaking up a marriage and lossing your job.
Tell him things will not get to be a relationship, but you can stay friends

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE....

more realistically, you should look for another job. if he stays with his wife and strays to you... he is a total jerk! he probably has cheap one night stands or girlfriends on the side already. if you stay at that job, you will probably end up doing something you will regret at some point or another. really, stay professional while you look for another job.

i know all too many women to stupidly take their cheating husbands back time after time... or just never know about it... and so if he is still with her though unhappy, that is probably the case. by the way, "for the children" is never a good excuse. it only comes back to haunt everyone.

You knowing that he has a wife...I would not get too close to him. Once his wife finds out that you guys click well, you will be the woman who broke their family up, even if nothing ever happened. If he's unhappy, then he should get a divorce, but spare yourself the pain...there are plenty of single men out there for you!
