No I drank Tequilla while drinking and was ok it will take your mind off the cold for a little while but if you smoke while you drink try to limit it.

I think the beer helps break down your immunity to cold. I stopped drinking beer for a day on my weekend off so I could take medicine for the cold since it should not mix with alcohol.
Now keep in mind that in our great grandparents day they used whiskey and honey or syrup or just straight to fight a cold.

Drink cheap beer, cause nothing really tastes very good when you have a cold.

Well it may impare your jugdment alot more. Not only will you have alchohole in your system but you will will also be sick. So as long as you are not taking any medicine, you just need to be extra careful in terms of what you can and cannot do. Like the obviose one is your ablitly to drive. While usually you may be able to have one drink and then drive, this time you are sick so one drink may feel like alot more... Usually i don't recomend driving at all even after one drink......

Nah, no big deal. If you're taking antibiotics though, the beer will wash it out of your system before it can work to its best. Otherwise, anything to feel better!

personally I don't think so because if you get wasted and next day you have a hang over. It's better because you can sweat out your cold as well as your hang over.

no, but it won't make you any better. it might even make you feel better. just don't drink if you are taking any other kind of medication for your cold. it could be really bad for your liver.

If you are taking cold medicines, yes. Cold medicine and alcohol don't mix well. If you are riding the storm drug free, no.
