Though not in the phone book they MAY be listed with information - [difference between unlisted and unpublished]

If not with information then you're out of luck - they do not want their number known -honor that

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

They most likely have an unlisted phone number and don't want to be called, unless they give you their number. I have an unlisted number and it's great because you get less telemarketing calls and people trying to sell things you don't want.
