What makes a good leader?

I believe that I good leader is something that has these basic attributions.

1) They care very much about the team
2) They are not control freaks.
3) They do listen to the other team members needs and so plan what to do in response to thier needs.
4) Although they are in control, they do not control or bully the team; they look after them because it is there responsibility.
5) They do not excluse them selves from the other team member ilike many bosses do in teams
6) They constantly observe the way that the team members work to ensure that they sucseed in thier relations with each other. A good team is a team that work together, rather than blamming each other like sibling do when they fight.
7) You ensure that the team will trust that you will look after them and that they can always come to you for help, and not fear being bullied and ridiculed by you saying "You total prick, you an embarresment to the team" when they tried thier best.

You even often put them above you.
