Nope, not really. Why? Because you're LITERALLY spitting out saliva and mucous when you sneeze.

Yes, it is wrong. You have less control over sneezing than spitting. Spitting is rude but sneezing is uncontrolable.

Now if the person doesn't cover their mouth and nose when they sneeze, that is rude.
