I saw your other question and here's my advice: DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!
Did you enter this lottery? Do you have your ticket? Did you live
in the U.K.?
If 'No', that should tell you somthing. Looking at the actual check doesn't make it legit. Any computer program can make up that junk. The check is phony and any bank will tell you so.
International lotteries are illegal in the United States. And you NEVER have to pay any money (for fees or taxes) before you get your prize/winnings. Taxes can be taken from the winnings.

If you still want to pay these crooks money for a bogus lottery and a fake check, you deserve exactly what you'll get....nothing!
