A nice garden salad. Recipe would vary according to your taste. I like lettuce, tomato, red onion, a little grated carrot, homemade croutons and light Ranch dressing.
And macaroni and cheese
This is a classic macaroni and cheese recipe, made with sharp Cheddar cheese and topped with bread crumbs.
INGREDIENTS:
6 tablespoons butter, divided
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
3 cups milk
1 small onion, grated
3/4 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3 cups)
8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
In saucepan over medium low heat melt 4 tablespoons butter; blend in flour and seasonings, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until thick and smooth. Stir in grated onion and cheese. Place cooked drained macaroni in a buttered 3-quart casserole. Pour sauce over macaroni and gently mix to blend. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and toss with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the macaroni. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Macaroni and cheese recipe serves 4 to 6.

This is one of my favorites as I love a T-bone especially when it is grilled over REAL charcoals. I really enjoy Aparagus. Here is what I do. I buy a bunch, and wash and break off the woody stem. I put the apragus in a large bowl and pour over some Ceaser's Salad dressing and allow it to sit in the Referg. for about 2 hours... I than take 3 aparagus and wrap them in a medium or thick slice of bacon. Of course to hold the bacon you will need to use toothpicks. I wrap the bacon around the aparagus. You will need a toothpick for each end of the bacon so it will stay on. I do about 3 aparagus for each bundle, and I than place the bundles back into the Ceaser's dressing for about 1/2 hour longer. After I cook my steak, I than put the aparagus on the grill. However, I stay on top of this because the oil from the dressing will cause the coals to flare up. I keep turning the aparagus until the bacon is almost done but still limpy. Do not over cook the bacon or cook the bacon until crispy. It should only take about 2 to 3 min. to cook the aparagus. Once serve, you will find the bacon with the Ceaser's dressing will add to the taste of the aparagus. The aparagus will be just right and the taste is out of this world. Final note.... do not eat the toothpicks. Enjoy!

The best with t-bone steak is sauteed mushrooms... I take a cast iron frying pan add lots of butter and chop up mushrooms - any type will do but I usually just use button. Also a side of plain white rice is good with the combination.
Try it you'll like it!!

Curried basmati rice pilaf, steamed veggie, and a green salad.
For the rice:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 spoonful minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 cup basmati
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 cups chicken broth
Frozen peas
Heat the oil and cook the garlic and ginger lightly. Stir in the rice until well coated. Then stir in the curry powder for a minute or so. Add the broth, stir well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the frozen peas with about 5 minutes left in the cooking time.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOfkz
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

sauteed onions and sliced portabella mushrooms
saute a sliced onion in olive oil for about 10 minutes.
Add portabella mushroom slices and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour dry sherry, twice around the pan (away from any gas flame) and cook for another 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste near the end (not at the beginning).
Mmmmm.

Glazed carrots! Get a bag of baby carrots place in boiler, fill with water, add 2 heaping tbsp butter and 1 cup or a little more of sugar. Bring to boil and let almost all of water boil out. When they are really tender and sweet they are done!!!
