Is there some part of the world where many jokes start with "there was an English man, an Irish man, and a Scottish man"? Because that's the only way I can make sense of the joke. But I've never heard a joke like that, so it doesn't strike me as funny, I just want to understand why it can even be seen as funny by anyone.
