I have found that it helps mine, but it does not take it away completely

There might be a temporary improvement, but both vitamin A and vitamin D are fat soluble and can accumulate to excess in the body. It's not safe to take large doses for an extended period of time.

Certain drugs similar to vitamin A have been used to treat psoriasis.

Presently there is no cure for psoriasis, but there are newer treatments that you can discuss with your family doctor or dermatologist.

My husband has bad psoriasis, and I give him flax seed oil tablets, even an omega 3-6-9- is good. These oils are "good" oils for your skin, and should be taken with or without skin problems. It will improve the texture, and give your face a nice natural glow.
