Genesis has a lot of symbolisms in it if compared to the original Hebrew language.
God comes from Elohim which is a plural word thus it should be Gods.
The word for serpent was Nakhash which means a whisperer or one who whispers- not serpent.
The word for dust is Adamah which means of the earth and Adam was not 'Adam's' name but it was describing what he was -of the ground/ earth.
You had 3 days before the sun was created- which is impossible unless it's trying to say something else.
God created 2 lights-the greater & the lesser- which people think is the sun and the moon but he really did this on the 4th day and the moon is not a luminous body.
These are just a few examples but i'm limited to time & space. If the first book of the bible is not interpreted correctly, then we are cannot look forward to interpreting the rest of it

Probably Revelations. The hardest to read and understand is the book of Numbers.

I think Revelations is probably the hardest to interpret. Everyone has their own ideas about the rapture and end-times... plus it's the only book that contains prophecies that haven't happened yet.

I'm sure it's different for different people or denominations - personally I'd say Revelations - hands down. But there were others - Daniel interpreted some interesting dreams - then theres the books that drone on about Xxxx son of xxxx son of xxx son of xx .....and it goes on seemingly forever - not that that's hard to interpret, just hard to concentrate on.

Revelation is definitely the most difficult. One reason why is that you have to understand many other parts of the Bible in order to interpret it.
But for some people, they couldn't interpret the bible to save thier life!
Hey, that has a double meaning! lol

I think Revelation, because you would have to have read and studied the rest of the Bible all of your life and studied Greek and Hebrew and maybe even taken a class of theology in order to even start to interpert it. I am continuing to study it more and the more I study the more I understand. I am hoping to start a Bible study on it soon.

I agree with the others. Revelations because of all the symbolism in it.
