She needs to know that the sh*t has hit the fan. Since she cannot be honest and trustworthy, no more going out, no more computer, no more fun. She will have to win your trust back little by little. Take her to the doc, see if she's lost her virginity to this loser, and if she has, prosecute. Let her know that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated and it WILL stop, but you have to bring out the big guns or they'll continue acting this way and wind up in all sorts of trouble that you don't even want to hear about.

Did you give her a cell phone or a way to contact YOU???? if you did, then I would worry, if not, then I will not worry as a typical 15 year old...she will not call.

When she gets home, I will not talk to her and will ignore her...and if she asks, I will tell her, look sweetheart, if you want to ignore me, go right ahead...I can do just that I was 15 once and i was my Mom's nightmare.... then get all dramatic on her...just like they do....

I promise you she will look at you like she has never seen you before.... a couple of times...tell her you will do this and that...and don't....if she asks tell her, I will do on to you, as you will on to me...little kids games, but they are kids and that is the only way they understand.

Good luck..

If she were my daughter she would have just lost the ticket to what freedom she had for a long, long, long time. I would also contact the 17 year olds parents because 3am is entirely too late to be out.

Good luck!
