It really depends on the family, but if you're talking about getting married in Israel it gonna be tough socially and legally. Recently a law was passed that any marriage aboard has to be honored legally providing that it was legal in the that country.

IIRC, there was some issue with Jews marrying out in Israel. I think Israeli law has some restrictions on non-Jews marrying Jews. Ask at a forum specialising in Jewish issues about this.
If he is Palestinian and Muslim, you have even more on your plate. Depending how conservative his parents are, you might be in for quite a shock. While the Israeli government and Islam allow muslim men to marry non-muslim women, the mothers might be less happy. In Arab countries you do not marry the man, you marry his family. Most of your time will be spent at home under the watchful eye of his mother. You might be subjected to a lot of restrictions that seem silly to you, but in effect are designed to "upheld the honor of the family" (ie have the men of the family totally control your life). Do not alienate his mother or his father, try to get along with them at all costs. Learn what it means to be a "good girl".
A good book that gives some insight into what life in a Palestinian village was like for a young woman 20 years ago is "Burned Alive" by Souad. Its is brutal and certainly not the norm. But I can confirm that the underlying sentiments on how a young woman in Palestine should behave are still the same unfortunately.

Well difficult to say. Most of the immigrants from Europe or USA would be not difficult to accept, but others may not. Hence, it may not be the most comfartible association.
All the best!/

Israeli men tend to be very 'friendly' to women, regardless of nationality.

Whatever you do just do not live on a Palestinian land. If you do you will be part of the problem.
