I keep track because my wife and I are trying to conceive a baby. Since she's in her 30s and I'm in my 40s, we want to increase out odds. I have a perpetual calendar in my head for a dozen things, and it didn't take more than a second to add one more :)

We can surmise that you have quite an appearance, a good-looking girl. Good for you. If you get hit on in public that much, you must be. Well, that is the tax for people with looks. So, celebrate it rather than lament it. As for older guys being interested in you more than your peers, it is simple. Guys like young girls. It is that simple. I am pushing 40 and I still hit on girls in the early twenties, or even high school girls. Also you must wear an air of intelligence and maturity unlike your peers. So, that is an additional factor to draw the attention of elders and alienate your peers accordingly, generally speaking anyway. So, don't get confused. There is no problem. If you want a guy your age and none seems to exist, wait or try that 24-year-old man. And don't worry about the statutory rape crap, it is none of the government's business who dates whom. If there is mutual attraction, it is up to the duo. There is a great harvest in a relationship with an elder person because he has more life experience including sex and romance in general. You can learn so much. Broaden your horizon is what I say. Good luck.

They don't have a choice. We start getting witchy just a couple of days before so it seems like they're paying attention, but they just notice our moodiness.

They also could pay attention to make sure you're not getting knocked up.

On a more positive note, some guys may try to understand his gf's sudden mood swings and credit it to PMS as opposed to writing her off as a psycho B****!

One: To make sure they didn't get you pregnant or
Two: If they are confident they didn't...because they care about you and your guys' sex life...so that they won't accidently mess with you when you start and so they'll know when to jump you when you're done :) And...to steer clear of PMS!!

I do, pretty much because at night i take my pill for sleeping and she puts her birth control in my pill case, so i know pretty much when it will be, since her pills are different colors every week.

Why do you think? Sounds to me like you are using any protection. That is just plain dumb. Also, he doesn't want any kids, or he wouldn't be worried about her getting the period. Smarten up before you ruin 3 lives, yours, his, and the kid. Get the pill or use condoms
