I am sorry you don't have a father. Maybe someday he will regret the time lost with you, and will try to have a relationship. Until then build your relationships with friends and family you do have. Don't concentrate on what you don't have.

unless you are 13 NOTHING realize this most men dont act like they have kids once the divorce comes into play
