what do you do, to lose weight fast?

eat a light breakfast-* a salad for lunch, a light dinner, lots of water. No sodas or coffee. and Exercise.

do at least 45 mins of cardio every day of the week, excluding weekends of course; eat healthy foods (mainly proteins, fiber, and veggies that will keep you full), a lot of water ( no juices, sodas, alcohol, etc) also add some very light weight lifting to firm and burn those muscles. that should help you lose a few pounds in just two weeks.

Losing weight fast is not healthy.
Eat half portions at meal time.
Leave the table hungry.
This works, and it will keep the
weight off because your stomach
will shrink and require less food.

eat only when you need to and exersise like 3 hours a day at least like me. Sometimes I go all day exercising and It ends up coming to like 6 hours exersise. If i were you I would stop trying to hard.

Join weight watchers... you will lose several lbs in 2 weeks... and if you stick with it... even more.
