Have you ever heard or ran across a play doh product with peanut oil used as an ingredient? I know it isn't play-doh brand as it contains wheat but it's some off brand. I ask b/c I work with child care providers and someone was telling a story about a child breaking out in hives after using this dough product that had peanut oil in it. They immediately threw it away and didn't recall the brand name. I'd like to warn other providers about it but can't find anything online, or I'm using the wrong search terms. Any help would be appreciated!

I have not heard of it, but this does not surprise me. You will find food and many non-food items.

Like Tessasmom, I am not surprised. Peanut products are used in a lot of things. Thanks for the heads-up! I have a friend with a lot of food allergies who might want to hear this!

I haven't heard of it but it really is easy enough to check the ingredients or to even better make your own!
